The XLVI th meeting of the Siberian Association of Neurosurgeons “SibNeuro” will be held on September, 28 at the premises of the Federal Neurosurgical Center (Novosibirsk).

• Boleslav L. Lichterman, Professor of philosophy and history department at First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov (Moscow), PhD, neurosurgeon, medical historian;
• Ivan M. Godkov, MD, neurosurgeon, academic specialist of the neurosurgical department of Sklifosovsky Clinical and Research Institute for Emergency Medicine (Moscow).
